Week of Workouts

I’m just 1 person who had a difficult week physically. I spent most the week wanting to be asleep, honestly. I stayed up too late and packed way too much into my day with no time for a nap or break. I still squeezed in a workout every day. But some of the days I felt tired or weak, sick or or headachey. So I found myself taking it a little easier on days when I probably should have napped instead of working out. But even though the intensity wasn’t high, I still moved. As long as I keep myself moving, I consider it a win. 

I’ve also started going outside a little bit, because my doctor suggested it. Friday I cleaned my deck and fixed my fence. Saturday I walked to the store to pick up meds. I set a goal of going outside once per day. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to keep that up, but I’m interested in trying.
