I’m just 1 person who had a tough week physically. For the first time in a long time, I took a nap one morning to try to help my body out. But between headaches, eye strain/burning eyes, and tummy issues likely due to starting new medication, I couldn’t push myself as hard as I normally do during workouts. The worst part of feeling not great is having to readjust my plans. I have to reevaluate all the things I meant to do in one day and decide what I have the ability to actually do. For someone who thrives on doing things, that’s meant it’s been a tough, draining week for me. I know the new meds are worth it, if they improve my mental health. But I’m not thrilled with the side effects so far. I’m hoping my body adjusts and regulates itself soon so I can get back on track and give my workouts my all once again.

- Wednesday (23 minutes): Standing Cardio Workout with Ashley Joi *new to me
- Thursday (26 minutes): ’80s Dance Workout with Kyra Pro
- Friday (27 minutes): Low-Impact Sculpt Session with Katie Austin *new to me
- Saturday (35 minutes): Strength Work with Tatiana (used 5lb weights) *new to me
